SYSTEM OPERATOR POSITION

 

The Bear Lake Special Service District provides a sewer service to the West side and South Shore of Bear Lake.  We are a local company that strives to keep the Bear Lake Sewer System running efficiently and effectively.

Immediate job opening: System Operator

Starting wage: $20-$25 per hour depending on experience

40-hour work week with flexibility to work 4 ten-hour days during the summer months

Must be willing to work holidays and weekends as needed

DUTIES AND ELIGIBILITY
·         Valid Driver’s License
·         Willing to work with wastewater and work on all aspects of the sewer system
·         Able to lift 80 pounds
·         Experience operating heavy equipment is desirable
·         Some knowledge of electrical is advantageous
